At Kelly’s Handywoman Services LLC, services are priced on a per-project basis, rather than by the hour.

Every project is different, and your estimate should reflect the actual work involved. Pricing is determined by factors such as the scope of work, project complexity, materials and equipment required, installation conditions, and overall labor involved.

This approach allows me to provide a customized estimate based on your specific needs, with a clearly defined scope of work and an agreed-upon price before your project begins.

Estimates, Scheduling & Booking

To ensure accurate pricing, clients may be asked to provide photographs, measurements, product information, or additional project details. Some projects may require an on-site consultation before a final estimate can be provided.

All written estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

Once your estimate is approved, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
